Customisable Client Area
The power in this app really comes from a password protected client area that allows you to feed information to your clients about their booking. I regularly get couples emailing to ask me what their balance is, when do they need to pay, whats included etc. Even though all of this content is in their contract and emails they always forget to look or lose it. This allows you to put the most important information in the palm of their hand and it’s live.
It runs from a simple Google Spreadsheet and you have 10 columns of data you can provide to them which is completely customisable to you.
As you change the data it will update in their app as they re-enter the client area. So they will always have the most up to date data
Secure passwords
The passwords are unique to your app and are 5 characters case sensitive including numbers. So you have more chance of winning the lottery multiple times than you do of being able to crack into someones client area.
7 skins to choose from
You have a choice of 2 different base skins – light or dark and 5 different colour splashes to tie the app in with your own brand
4 updates per year
Your £95 pays for the app development and the first year of hosting. Within 12 months you will be able to change any base data in your app such as phone number, faq, images, website etc. on 4 occasions. Once every quarter
After the first 12 months each additional 12 months will cost you £15 to cover hosting and any changes to the base data on 4 occasions. Once every quarter.
