The Ashes Wedding Venue Photography

Sarah and Lee were married on a lovely day in June 2014 at The Ashes Barn Wedding Venue. The sun was bright and shining in the sky and created a wonderful view over the main lake at the Ashes. The flowers were also out in full bloom and created a beautiful colourful scene. Sarah and Lee had a green theme throughout their day and this contrasted beautifully against the rustic feel of the Ashes.

We began with bridal prep photos in the Old Dairy as always, which included grabbing some detail shots. Sarah had dimaonds on the bottom of her shoes which would become a theme later in the wedding when it came to the first dance.

After the bridal prep I went down to the Black Horse pub to meet Lee and captured him with his best man having a much needed pint!

Lee sprays cars for a living and has a special place in his heart for his red BMW so we made sure to capture the bride and groom with their stunning wedding car before it was onto the first dance. As I left the venue I captured a stunning shot of the sun dropping down over the hill.
